Gabriela Diaz
Childcare Center Director
Gabriela is an experienced educator and passionate advocate for young learners. She has a Masters in Elementary Education and a Bachelors in Psychology.
Her childcare journey began over 15 years ago with volunteering in childcare centers, followed by teaching in a non-traditional Spanish learning program, which then developed into a career as an elementary teacher. More recently she has focused on supporting students outside of the classroom through tutoring and reading readiness. Since becoming a stepmom to three boys and having her own two children, Gabby had worked from home as a nanny, remote event and community coordinator and administrative assistant. These roles, coupled with her high demand motherhood experience, have enhanced her skill toolkit to be well prepared to be the director of a childcare facility. As Childcare Center Director, Gabriela will bring excitement for learning, consistency, and structure to Bright Beginner's Academy.
